The specific gravity of TPE-coated PA material is 1.04-1.06, the melt index is 18-28g/10 min (5 kg, 190℃), the elongation at break is 126-294%, and the hardness is 30-80 (Shorea). Excellent physical properties and fluidity, good adhesion/bonding effect with PA nylon, easy injection molding and wide adaptability. It is suitable for the bonding of nylon PA6, PA66, PA12, PA6+GF, PA66+GF. It is widely used in the fields of auto parts, kitchenware products, electrical tools, electronic products, sports equipment, etc.
The TPE encapsulated ABS material mainly consists of SEBS+ white oil +TPU. Feel comfortable, sweat-proof and slippery, beautiful and upscale in appearance. Wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant effect is excellent, and the coating is seamless. Environmental protection, safety, no pungent smell, easy processing and coloring. Can be customized according to customer needs the corresponding hardness specifications, convenient and flexible. TPE coating materials with hardness between Shore 25A and 85A can be customized according to customer performance requirements.
