TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) is a block copolymer containing polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments. The polyether soft segment and the amorphous polyester form amorphous phase polyester hard segment and partially crystallize to form crystalline micro regions, which act as physical crosslinking points. TPEE has the elasticity of rubber and the strength of engineering plastics. The soft section gives it elasticity, making it like rubber; The hard segment gives it processability, making it look like plastic; Compared with rubber, it has better processability and longer service life. Compared with engineering materials, it also has the characteristics of high strength and better flexibility and dynamic mechanical properties.
Advantages of TPEE raw materials:

TPEE's Application Fields:
(1) In the automobile industry: it can be used for CVJ dust cover, steering gear sheath, dust cover, traction coupling cover, engine air inlet duct, airbag cover plate, shock absorbing plate, * * gear, pipe plug, plug, ball head, window glass shock absorbing seat, shock absorbing chassis;
(2) Electronic and electrical industry: mainly used for electric welding handle cable sheaths, optical cable sheaths, electrical appliance elastic keys, cordless telephone radomes, wires and cables, instruments and equipment, etc.;
(3) Industrial manufacturing: mainly used as seals, conveyor belts, elevator slideways, high-pressure washers, quartz clock * * gear, cigarette making machine spring leaf, etc.;
(4) Film: Using the chemical characteristics of soft segments in TPEE, a film with excellent waterproof and air permeability can be made.
(5) Polymer toughening modifier: TPEE, as an elastomer, can be blended with PET and PBT to toughen, promote crystallization and improve melt fluidity; Blending with PC to improve low temperature impact resistance and stress cracking performance; Blend with soft PVC to improve softness and compliance and low temperature. Blending with ABS can toughen and improve weather and oil resistance. Blending with PP can toughen, improve surface polarity, improve binding force, etc.
(6) It can be used as temperature-resistant and weather-resistant elastic anti-seismic buffer materials for expressways, bridges and railway sleepers.
