Hardness range of TPE encapsulated PP material: 15A-55D
Product characteristics of TPE coating material: it can be designed as transparent or natural color, high weather resistance, foggy/semi-foggy surface, good hand feeling, rich rubber feeling, strong adhesion, soft and skid resistance, and high cost performance.
Use of TPE coated rubber products: It is suitable for various types of PP handle parts to provide soft anti-skid functions, including luggage wheels, toothbrush handles, comb handles, razor handles, scissors, dining knives, various kitchen utensils handles, screwdriver handles, suitcase handles, clothes hangers, clamps, gas masks and other extensive uses.

Encapsulated ABS/PC/PA products are modified materials with TPU+SEBS as the main base material and are usually designed between 40A and 90A according to customer requirements. The rubber coating material is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, comfortable in hand feeling, sweat-proof and skid-proof, fully meets the requirements of ergonomic adaptation, and has beautiful and high-grade appearance. In order to ensure the adhesive effect of encapsulation, when TPE is coated on ABS/PC surface by secondary injection molding, it is recommended that the injection processing temperature be 180~220℃, and when TPE is coated on PA surface, it is recommended that the injection processing temperature be 220~260℃. According to different models, different molds and product requirements, the injection molding process should be properly adjusted.
