Selection of TPE-coated PP Material Substrate:

PP is a very weak plastic, which is very close to the TPE polarity of SEBS. All TPE soft compound with SEBS as the base material has good forming effect. TPE and TPR compound with SBS as the base material are not recommended.

Secondary injection temperature of TPE-coated PP:

It is suggested that the secondary injection temperature be 180-220 C.

Application of TPE-coated PP compound:

Commonly used in daily products (such as combs, toothbrush handle, kitchen handle, tableware handle, hardware tools), sports equipment, handles, kitchen utensils, tableware products, industrial casters and so on need to be glued products.
