Dechuang Chemical Factory supplies TPE transparent series products with hardness of Shore A 0~70 (hereinafter referred to as hardness). TPE raw material characteristics: the appearance is transparent plastic particles, non-toxic and odorless, with the tensile elasticity of rubber and the thermal injection moldability of plastic.
TPE hardness is 0 ~15 degrees or lower. This series of TPE high transparent materials have super soft hardness, comfortable soft touch, good elasticity and high elongation at break (up to 1500%), and are usually applied to soft toy products, sex toys, soft rubber cushion/shock pad, bra rubber pad, etc. This series of TPE transparent materials are mainly particles, and are usually processed and molded by injection molding. TPE soft transparent materials with hardness below 0 degree are usually made by mixing SEBS powder base material with oil to form liquid paste, and then melted into liquid fluid at a certain temperature (generally 130-150 degree) by a special glue melting machine (for details, please inquire about the glue melting machine) and poured into a pre-prepared mold while hot. After the material fills the mold cavity, it is cooled and molded.
TPE hardness is 20 ~70 degrees. This series of transparent TPE materials are generally processed by injection molding process, and are often used in toys, daily necessities, electronic and electrical parts, medical supplies, etc. This series of transparent TPE materials can meet food-level testing standards, and are applied to baby products, tableware accessories, kitchenware products, etc. Extruded products are generally hose products, mostly used for medical accessories, automobile accessories, etc.
