Dechuang Chemical TPE Factory supplies ultra-soft TPE and TPR rubber. The ultra-soft TPE and TPR materials are actually SEBS,SBS thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber elastomer mixed with softening oil.
TPE/TPR ultra-soft material can be mixed with SEBS and SBS oil, and then stripped and cut into transparent particles, which are then molded by injection molding or extrusion. It is also possible to mix SEBS and SBS raw materials with oil before processing products, melt SEBS/ oil mixed system into liquid material with high fluidity by hot melt adhesive equipment, pour the liquid material into a mold, fill the mold cavity, and cool.
The hardness of ultra-soft TPE/TPR materials is generally within ShoreA0~15 degrees or below ShoreA0 degrees. Generally, for materials with hardness within ShoreA0~15 degrees, for products with small size and low surface gloss requirements, injection molding/extrusion molding can be adopted. For products with softer hardness or large size, if injection molding is adopted, blanking and plasticizing molding are more difficult. For larger-sized ultra-soft hardness products such as adult toys products and software models, heating | glue melting | reverse molding process is mostly adopted for molding.
