The soft rubber material is formed by injection molding using plastic, and the hand feeling is relatively soft at normal temperature. With the birth of TPE raw materials, there are two kinds of materials used in the production process of gas mask cover, one is silica gel, the other is environmentally friendly and nontoxic TPE soft rubber material.

TPE material not only has high elasticity thermoplastic elastomer of rubber, but also is based on thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber SBS prepared by block copolymerization of butadiene and styrene. The TPE material is prepared through plasticization and granulation by adopting optimized preparation technology and advanced banburying extrusion process. It is a kind of material connecting plastic and rubber, which can plastify and form at high temperature and show rubber elasticity at normal temperature.
