The low-end eraser material in TPE material application field costs 3,000 to 4,000 yuan per ton, and the high-end new energy charging pile cable material costs 70,000 to 80,000 yuan per ton. In addition, the prices of TPE materials commonly used range from 10,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan per ton.
The main factors affecting the price of tpe materials are generally related to the specific gravity, characteristics, hardness and color of tpe. The bigger the proportion, the cheaper the price. The characteristics of tpe materials are also closely related. For example, the prices of common tpe and halogen-free flame retardant TPE differ by tens of pieces. Therefore, manufacturers of TPE materials need the product characteristics, color, hardness, specific gravity and so on of customers to give you a more accurate price.
If you don't give the specific proportion, hardness and requirements, many tpe material manufacturers may not know how to give you an accurate price. Just like some buyers don't know the materials, only pay attention to the price, which is cheaper to buy which one, but ignore whether the materials meet their own product requirements, only to find that the materials can't be used in production and processing.
