The common hardness range of TPE-coated PC materials we provide is Shore A 35-85. The higher the value, the higher the hardness of TPE/TPR-coated PC materials. Generally, it is recommended to use TPE/TPR with hardness between 45A and 60A. The TPE/TPR with hardness in this range can be coated and bonded on various handles based on hard plastic PC, which can produce the most comfortable touch feeling and anti-seismic and anti-sliding effects. The soft TPE/TPR is usually coated on the PC alloy substrate by two-color co-plastic or two-color co-extrusion, which makes the color of the coated product more gorgeous. In addition, TPE or TPR material has excellent texture, greatly improving the added value and grade of PC alloy two-color injection products.
TPE encapsulated PC material:
1. Natural/real color is opaque, PC alloy coated with glue has good fastness, no degumming and good tear resistance, and is suitable for general PC alloy coated application. Hardness ranges from 40A to 80 A Shore;
2. The natural/real color is opaque, and the PC alloy handle has good fastness, no degumming, good surface effect and no scratch. It is suitable for PC alloy coating application with large coating area and difficult demoulding. Hardness ranges from 40A to 80 A Shore;
3. Natural/real color is opaque, PC alloy coated handle has good fastness, no degumming, good rebound resilience, matte, good surface effect, good weatherability and ultraviolet resistance, and is suitable for outdoor use and PC alloy coated products with ultraviolet resistance requirements. Hardness ranges from 40A to 80 A Shore;
4. Natural/real color is opaque, PC alloy coated handle has good fastness, no degumming, good rebound resilience, good surface effect, hardness as soft as Shorea 25A, suitable for ultra-soft coating and PC alloy coated products requiring low hardness and good softness. Hardness ranges from Shore 25A to 40A.
