TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes) is named thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber. Mainly divided into polyester type and polyether type, it has wide hardness range (60HA-85HD), abrasion resistance, oil resistance, transparency and good elasticity, and is widely used in daily necessities, sporting goods, toys, decorative materials and other fields. 1. TPU plastic has strong tear resistance
Products made of flame retardant TPU plastic materials have strong tear resistance, and can maintain good product integrity and good recovery under many harsh external force tear environments. Compared with other rubber materials, the tear resistance is very superior.
2. TPU plastic is durable and anti-aging
Under the action of mechanical physics, the surface of common materials is worn due to friction, scraping and grinding. Generally, the best flame retardant TPU plastic material has the advantages of durable wear resistance and aging resistance, which is more than five times higher than that of natural rubber material.
3. TPU plastic has high elasticity and strong stretchability.
Besides strong wear resistance, flame retardant TPU plastic material has strong flexibility and elasticity as well as one of its major advantages. The tensile strength of flame retardant TPU can be as high as 70MPa, and the breaking tensile rate can be as high as 1000%, which is much higher than that of natural rubber and PVC materials.
