TPE skin simulation material is made of SEBS as the main substrate, white oil and its additives. The raw material has soft hand feeling, is environment-friendly and nontoxic, and has skin-like touch feeling. At present, there are not many raw materials that can be used to imitate skin, mainly silica gel, TPE raw materials, hydrogel and other materials. Everyone knows that the molding process of silica gel is complicated and its price is higher than TPE material. The hardness of silica gel is generally between 0 and 70 degrees, while the hardness of TPE is generally between 0 and 100 degrees, and the softest can reach 000 degrees or 00000 degrees. TPE can be softer than silica gel. Therefore, it is widely used in skin-like products, human body simulation and adult products.
TPE artificial skin material is characterized by:

2. It has relatively stable properties, good temperature resistance (using temperature range -50-80℃), aging resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance and excellent processing performance.
3. Environmental protection, innocuity, safety, excellent coloring and soft touch. TPE materials do not introduce heavy metals and toxic phthalate plasticizers in the production process, and conform to ROHS, REACH, EN71, PAHS and FDA environmental protection tests. It is the best material to replace PVC.
4. Energy conservation. The thermoplastic elastomer does not need vulcanization, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the forming period is short.
5. It has the characteristics of high elasticity of rubber and direct injection molding.
